Full-time job in Sulaymaniyah: set up Almasware ERP for new customers, move their data and train their staff in Kurdish, Arabic and English.

About the role
You will be the person who turns a new customer into a happy one. You visit their shop or office, understand how they work, set up Almasware ERP to match, bring over their data from Excel and train their staff until they are confident.
What you will do
- Run setup projects for new customers in Sulaymaniyah and online across Iraq
- Configure modules, roles, price lists and invoice layouts
- Move customers, items and opening balances from spreadsheets
- Train cashiers, accountants and managers, in person and online
- Answer customer questions by phone and WhatsApp
- Tell the product team what customers need next
What we are looking for
- Good spoken and written Kurdish (Sorani) and Arabic; English is a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge: invoices, payments, balances
- Comfortable with Excel and learning new software quickly
- Patient, clear and friendly when explaining things
- Able to travel within Sulaymaniyah and occasionally to other cities
