Does AlmasWare work without internet?
AlmasWare is a cloud system, so saving sales and invoices needs a connection. It is light enough to run well on ordinary office internet or 4G, and it installs like an app on phones and computers so it opens quickly. Because everything is saved on the server, a broken phone or computer never means lost data.
Which languages does it support?
Kurdish (Sorani), Arabic and English. Each person chooses their own language, so a cashier can work in Kurdish while the accountant works in English. Kurdish and Arabic use a full right-to-left layout, and item and customer names can be stored in all three languages.
Where is my data kept, and is it backed up?
Your data is stored on our secured servers, separated from every other customer's. The database is archived continuously and backed up every night, so it can be restored to an earlier point if something goes wrong. You can export your reports to Excel whenever you like.
Do you offer training and support in Sulaymaniyah?
