Questions and answers

Is this a full medical records system?

No. AlmasWare covers patient details, appointments, visits with diagnosis and next visit, billing and stock. It is not a replacement for specialist medical imaging or lab systems.

Can it warn us about expiring medicines?

Every lot has an expiry date, and stock reports show what expires soon so you can use or return it in time.

Who can see patient details?

Only the staff whose role allows it. You decide what reception, doctors and pharmacy can each see.
