The business
Ahmed Perfume sells perfume from more than one shop, with partners who share in the profit. Every day there are counter sales, stock moving between shops, staff to pay and expenses to record, and at the end of the month the owners need to know what each shop really earned.
What we built
- A point of sale for quick counter sales in dinars or dollars.
- Stock per shop, with transfers between shops so every shelf matches the system.
- Partner shares, so each partner's portion of the profit is worked out from the real numbers.
- Employee and expense books that sit next to the sales instead of in a separate notebook.
- Profit reports by shop and by period.
How it runs
