Zoora iQ: bookings, couriers and tracking in one delivery platform

Shops and customers book a pickup and drop-off in the app and choose who pays and how. The courier gets the job on their phone, every handoff is tracked, and a photo at the door confirms the delivery. Admins watch the whole city live from the dashboard.

Zoora iQ home page: local shipments and courier delivery for Kurdistan and Iraq

Everything a delivery operation runs on

Three apps on one platform: the client app for bookings, the courier app for the road, and the dashboard for the team that runs it. A price, a zone or a rule you change shows everywhere at once.

  • Book three ways

To you, from you, or from one address to another for someone else. The people at the door do not need the app.

  • Who pays, and how

Sender, receiver or the person booking pays, by wallet, cash or cash on delivery with the package value collected at the door.

  • Live tracking and photo proof

Booked, picked up, out for delivery, delivered: every step is timed and the courier's photo at the door closes the job.

  • Courier app

Couriers go online when they are free, take jobs that fit their vehicle, navigate to each stop and get paid through their wallet.

  • Zones and pricing

Draw your zones on the map and set the price for each pair, so the customer sees a clear fee before confirming.

  • Dashboard for the team

A live map of every courier, shipments, disputes, wallets, payroll and reports, with roles for admins and dispatchers.

Who it is for

Shops that deliver, and companies that deliver for them

Zoora iQ already carries perfumes, print jobs, hot food and boutique orders across Sulaymaniyah every day. A shop can book its own deliveries from the app; a delivery company gets the whole platform, with its own couriers, zones and prices, under its own name.

  • Perfume shops, boutiques and vape stores
  • Restaurants and kebab houses
  • Print houses and agencies
  • Delivery companies with their own couriers

Questions and answers

Who needs an account?

Only the person booking. If you arrange a delivery for someone else, you add their phone and address and they get updates without signing up.

How does cash on delivery work?

The courier collects the package value plus the delivery fee at the door. The amount is recorded on the shipment and settled through the courier's wallet.

How do couriers join?

Couriers are onboarded by the team, not by public sign-up. Call +964 771 690 1234 or write to hello@almasware.com and we set up the courier with their vehicle type and city.

Can my delivery company run on Zoora iQ under its own name?

Yes. Each company is its own tenant with its own couriers, zones, prices, wallets and rules, managed from its own dashboard.

Does it work with Almasware ERP?

Zoora iQ runs the delivery side on its own. If you also need stock, sales and accounting, Almasware ERP covers the back office, and our delivery and logistics page shows how the two fit together.
