Questions and answers

Do couriers need an app?

They can use an iOS or Android app, or a web page on their phone. We build whichever suits your team.

How is cash on delivery handled?

Each courier's collected cash is recorded per parcel, handed in at the end of the shift and settled with each shop, so every dinar is accounted for.

Can you connect it to our online shop?

Yes. We built Rozalia's online gift shop with its own delivery flow, and we can connect a delivery platform to your shop or to Almasware ERP.
